FREE next working day delivery for orders made before 12pm.

Orders placed at any time on a Saturday or Sunday will be manufactured and despatched on the next working day.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific date within this range. Once your mattress has been shipped, we will send you an email with a link to track your order.


Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your mattress, you may cancel your order up to 14 days following delivery. To make a return you must notify us by email or by calling 01225 779103, you may use this model cancellation form.

There may be a charge for picking up your mattress and Customer Services will advise you of this cost prior to collection. We will then arrange for the mattress to be picked up within 14 days. It will be your responsibility to take care of the mattress during this time and in the event of any degradation of the product during this time we may hold back an element of the refund to cover the cost.

In the unlikely event that your product should develop a manufacturing fault within 12 months of delivery, we will either replace the mattress free of charge* or if you prefer we will give you a complete refund. If a fault is reported between 12 months and 60 months of delivery, a sliding scale of charges is payable by you based on usage plus transport costs. Please see terms and conditions for full details.

*Unfortunately, we are unable to accept your claim if:

  • The product is soiled or unsanitary
  • There has been excessive wear and tear
  • There has been wilful damage or negligence
  • There has been abnormal conditions of use
  • There has been alteration or repair of the goods without our approval
